This project was inspired by the death of Sarah Everhard in the UK, she was kidnapped and killed on a walk home alone at night. The event sparked international outrage at the lack of safety for women.
Crowdsourced voice recordings from women and trans people speaking about their actual experiences of walking alone at night create a mosaic of inner thoughts as whispers in their ear of the viewer while they are immersed in a 360° POV video looking through the eyes of a person walking on a street.
